Pakistan’s economy is on a promising trajectory due to the government’s effective measures, according to the Federal Minister for Information Technology, Shaza Fatima Khawaja.
Speaking at a news conference in Lahore on Sunday, she highlighted significant economic improvements, including a reduction in policy rate and price hike ratio, along with an increase in remittances.
The minister emphasized the growth of the IT sector, noting that exports have surged and the country anticipates an investment of $700 million in this sector over the coming years. She also mentioned that Pakistan has achieved a milestone with over 200 million mobile subscribers and aims to ensure internet access for every mobile user.
