Karachi, December 02, 2018 (PPI-OT): After launching operation to Muscat and Sharjah, PIA has commenced its 2nd flight to Doha from Islamabad. It’s third launch in row in one month. An Airbus A320 with call sign PK287 carrying around 150 passengers took off from Islamabad at 0100 hours on Sunday. The launch was warmly welcomed by the general public and especially, the business community.
The President and CEO PIA, Air Marshal Arshad Malik in his message while congratulating the employees has appreciated their efforts towards revival and progress. He said we are getting an encouraging feedback and very soon flights on Lahore-Bangkok and Sialkot-Barcelona sectors will commence.
