Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina Emin Cohodarevic paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif in Islamabad today.
During the meeting, Prime Minister Sharif underscored the warm and brotherly relations between Pakistan and Bosnia and Herzegovina, highlighting the potential to elevate these ties into a mutually beneficial economic partnership.
The Prime Minister recalled his recent meeting with Željka Cvijanovic, Chairperson of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in Dubai, describing it as warm and productive. This encounter took place on the sidelines of the World Governments Summit.
Ambassador Cohodarevic extended the warm regards of his country’s political leadership to Prime Minister Sharif. He conveyed Bosnia and Herzegovina’s strong interest in enhancing cooperation with Pakistan and briefed the Prime Minister on ongoing efforts and proposals aimed at this goal.
Additionally, the Ambassador expressed condolences on behalf of the people and Government of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the Jaffar Express terrorist attack, conveying solidarity in the face of such tragedies.
