Karachi:Pakistan Medical Association (PMA) has greeted the refund of deducted salaries of doctors. Dr Qaisar Sajjad MPA Secretary General in a statement here Monday said they are very thankful to Dr. Azra Fazal Pechuho, Provincial Minister of Sindh for Health, and Population Welfare for fulfilling her commitment made at a meeting with a delegation of PMA on 31st March 2020 at her office.
He said according to her commitment she has announced to refund the deducted amount from the salaries of doctors for coronavirus fund. She has also announced risk allowance for the doctors working for corona patients. We again request to Dr. Azra Fazal Pechuho, to provide PPEs immediately because we are still facing shortage of PPEs in the province, he said.
