Khanpur:Khanpur Mahar police on Saturday claimed to have got freed a laborer from the clutches of bandits.
Addressing a press conference, DSP Khanpur Ghulam Rasool Panhwar said that during patrolling, a Khanpur police team got freed a laborer Nek Mohammad Panhwar when he was being shifted to a hideouts by the bandits in 10 Mile area, however, the bandits managed to flee to unknown destination.
The abductee present during the press conference said that the bandit did not torture him during his captivity and they used to provide him two-time meal. Nek had been kidnapped a month ago from a fish form, the police said. They said that search for the bandits was going on, however, no any arrest could be made till filing this report.
