Preparations Completed for Summer Games Festival in Mirpurkhas

The Department of Sports and Youth Affairs Sindh is organizing a Summer Games Festival for boys and girls in Mirpur Khas.

The opening ceremony of the Summer Games Festival will be held on May 19, 2025, at 9:00 AM at the Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Sports Complex (PCB Ground) in Mirpur Khas. The ceremony will be inaugurated by Director General of Sports Asad Ishaq.

The festival will include sports such as cricket, rope skipping, badminton, hockey, shooting ball, wheelchair race, and football. This festival will provide an opportunity for the youth to participate in sports.

The Department of Sports and Youth Affairs Sindh has stated that the purpose of organizing this event is to encourage youth towards healthy activities. Participation from local and regional athletes is expected on this occasion.
