Islamabad, March 06, 2022 (PPI-OT):President Dr Arif Alvi has stressed the need of fostering better communication skills for an affective diplomacy. Addressing a seminar in Karachi, he said there must be new world order that should be based on humanity and morality. The President emphasized that the people should avoid possibilities of war before reaching to a point of no return.
