KARACHI:An important meeting was held today at Sindh Archives Complex Clifton Karachi under the chairmanship of Secretary Information Sindh Nadeem Ur Rehman Memon for the establishment of call center in Sindh Information Department.
In the meeting, the representatives of the candidate company for setting up the call center gave their presentation. On this occasion, Secretary Information Sindh clarified that the Sindh government is establishing a 24-hour call center to provide timely and one-call information to the people of the province, where any citizen can get the information they need on a phone call. He said that relevant information can be obtained immediately by making a call to the call center of the Information Department.
The Information Secretary said that such information, which requires time to obtain, will be informed in advance to the caller that this information will be provided in such time; later this call center of the information department will get the required information from the relevant departments and provide it to the caller as per the specified time. He said that the about the factual position of any news can also be obtained by calling the helpline of the call center of the Information Department. Secretary Information said that all the departments of the province will also be requested to nominate a focal person for providing the required information to the call center so that information can be provided on a faster basis by contacting the focal person.

Joyo, Director Social Media Faisal Farooqui, Director of Planning and Development Fida Hussain Baladi, deputy directors of the Department and other relevant officers were present in the meeting.
