QUETTA:Nisar Anjum Mengal, District General Secretary, All Mehakmajat Fourth Class Employees Association Naseerabad has called on authorities to regularize the services of contract employees of the province and promote junior staff.
In a statement, he said it is the legal right of Naib Qasids, Chokidars, Drivers, Sweepers, Farashs, Dhubis and Behsatis to be promoted to higher scale after acquiring the requisite educational qualification and completion of required length of service prescribed for promotion.
He called on authorities to fix promotion quota for all class-four employees of the province.
