QUETTA:Protesters blocked Airport road near Askari Pump area of the provincial capital on Wednesday, demanding of the authorities to apprehend perpetrators involved in allegedly kidnapping three tribesmen of Kakar tribe.
According to detail, on the call of Kakar Quomi Jirga (KQJ), protesters blocked Airport road near Askari Pump area of Quetta by burning tyres on the highway, demanding authorities to take action against one tribal elder of the province allegedly accused of kidnapping three persons of Kakar tribe namely Nadir Khan Essakhail, Aurangzeb Khan Bazai and Akbar Khan Bazai for ransom.
Talking to PPI, Khudaidost Khan Kakar, one of the representatives of protesters, said one tribal chieftain allegedly kidnapped three tribesmen of Kakar tribe the previous day over business deal, but later one person Aurangzaib Bazai was released on the condition to bring Rs. 25 crore for the release of Nadir Khan Essa Khail and Akbar Khan Bazai.
Addressing the protestors, speakers demanded of the authorities to apprehend perpetrators allegedly involved in kidnapping three tribesmen of Kakar tribe. They said if the alleged kidnappers were not apprehended, the whole Balochistan would be blocked. Airport road of Quetta remained blocked for all kinds of traffic till filing this report.
