PSX witnesses bearish trend on Tuesday

The Pakistan Stock Exchange was bearish today (Tuesday).

The KSE-100 Index closed today (Tuesday) at 34190.62 points as compared to 34471.95 points on the last working day with a negative change of 281.33 points.

The total turnover was 144,849,620 as compared to 78,764,150 on the last working day with K-Electric Limited having the highest turnover of 21,355,500.

Total 343 companies’ transacted shares in the Stock Market today (Tuesday), out of which 118 recorded gains and 193 sustained losses whereas the share price of 32 companies remained unchanged.

Philip Morris Pakistan recorded the maximum increase in its share price, which was 148.13 rupees while Nestle Pakistan recorded maximum decrease of 232.18 rupees.
