KARACHI:Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) staged Pakistan Zindabad and Corruption Mitao Sindh Bachao rallies in Umerkot and Mirpurkhas.
The rallies were led by PTI leaders Haleem Adil, Nisar Arain, Jansher Junejo, Akbar Pali, Dost Muhammad Memon, Naeem Adil Sheikh, Ali Mirjat, Sumair Mir Sheikh, Imamuddin Kerio, Inayat Rind, Arsilan Brohi and Imran Qureshi. A large number of PTI workers and citizens attended the rally.
In Umerkot, the rally started from Teen Talwar marched through different roads of the town. In Mirpurkhas, the rally was started from Raja Abdul Haq House to Allahwalla Chowk. PTI Mirpurkhas president Aftab Qureshi, Raja Abdul Haq and other leaders attended the rally. The rally participants raised slogans for Pakistan sovereignty and against corruption.
Addressing the rally, Haleem Adil said last week the slogan of Na Khapi Zardari, Na Khapi Bilawal was raised from Larkana and today this slogan was chanted here in Mirpurkhas. He said they would arrange anti-corruption rallies in whole Sindh till the corrupt provincial government was removed.
He said in Tharparker, thousands of children have died from hunger, but the Sindh government did nothing. He said Sindh had witnessed many AIDS and dog bites cases, but Bilawal shied away from talking about the rights of people of Sindh. He said now all thieves had joined hands. He said Bilawal says he would launch a movement against Imran Khan and he had rented this movement to Maulana, who was made PMD President. He said Imran Khan was an elected leader of Pakistan and all thieves could not remove him.
He said Bilawal should start packing for going home. He said if Bilawal wanted to launch a movement, he should launch it against corruption and injustice in Sindh. He said PPP and PML-N were using Maulana for their political motives to safeguard their looted money.
He said in Umerkot, the provincial rulers meted out cruelties to the Nuhri community, people of Ghousia Jamaat and minority community. He said rain and flood affected people were still on roads and Bilawal did not care about them. He said the Sindh Card was now in the hand of the people of Sindh. He said Imran Khan government had helped the people of Sindh in coronavirus epidemic and was still helping them.
He said the PDM was a dacoits’ movement. He said Nawaz Sharif was following the footsteps of Altaf Hussain. He said the traitors were hatching conspiracies against Pakistan and its institutions. He said people know the relations of Nawaz with Modi and Jindal. He said the PPP through its ministers and advisors had looted and plundered Sindh and this rally was being staged against their corruption.
