Lahore, October 09, 2021 (PPI-OT): PTI’s chief organizer Saif Ullah Khan Nyazee called on Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar at his office on Friday to discuss matters of mutual interest. Talking on this occasion, the CM termed party workers a valuable asset adding that his meeting with office-bearers and workers was very fruitful. A schedule has been finalized for holding meetings with office-bearers and workers of every district, he said and assured that ticket-holders, office-bearers and workers will be given their due status.

A mechanism has been devised to resolve problems of workers and office-bearers on a priority basis and no injustice will be tolerated, he repeated. The genuine issues of workers will be solved; the CM assured and maintained that the PTI has broken the three-decades-long status quo.

The government believes in the principles of good governance, transparency and no one is allowed any unfair means, the CM stressed adding that this is the reason that there is no allegation of corruption on the government. The commitment of the government is greater than the challenges, he maintained.

The draft of the new local government system was being given final shape as the government has planned to hold local bodies’ elections next year; he disclosed and assured that the local bodies institutions will be fully empowered. Meanwhile, every citizen will be provided Sehat Insaf health card by the end of December in Punjab, the CM concluded. Saif Ullah Nyazee said durable steps have been taken for the development of the province as CM believes in performance instead of political pomp and show. Alongside, the PDM has also been disintegrated, he added.
