Punjab’s Minister for Information and Culture, Azma Bukhari, expressed a strong reaction to PTI’s silence during the days of war. She stated that no statement was issued by the PTI founder, while Aleema Khan termed the war as a conspiracy.

Azma remarked that PTI’s social media platforms remained active against their own country and military. She also criticized Ali Amin Gandapur’s behavior, who engaged in misconduct at Adiala Jail during the war.

She praised Maryam Nawaz’s role, mentioning that during the war, Maryam kept the provincial civil administration active. During drone strikes, Maryam delivered speeches in support of the Pakistan Armed Forces and inspired a sense of patriotism among the public.

Azma also criticized Barrister Saif’s statements, calling them irresponsible. She mentioned that Barrister Saif neither has information nor knowledge, yet he spreads premade statements in the media.
