Road infrastructure projects being completed speedily to promote tourism: Murad

Islamabad, October 04, 2021 (PPI-OT): Minister for Communications and Postal Services Murad Saeed has said the construction work on Jaglot-Skardu Road will be completed by the end of October. According to a press release, the Minister said the Prime Minister Imran Khan has also approved Chitral and Gilgit-Baltistan highway to promote tourism and work on this major project will begin in December.

 

Murad Saeed said the road infrastructure will boost tourism in the area and trigger economic activities and the National Highways Authority is completing the ongoing project in a faster and more transparent manner. He said the decision of Joint Cooperation Commission to include Chitral Dir, Swat Motorway and Peshawar Dera Ismail Khan Motorway in CPEC will usher in a new era of development and prosperity in Pakistan.
