The Pakistani Rupee suffered significant losses against major international currencies on Monday, reaching historic lows against the US Dollar, Euro, British Pound, and others, according to data released by the Exchange Companies Association of Pakistan. The greenback climbed to Rs. 284.50, exceeding its previous high, while the Euro and British Pound also saw substantial gains, closing at Rs. 332.52 and Rs. 385.23, respectively.

The Japanese Yen reached Rs. 1.94, while the UAE Dirham and Saudi Riyal also appreciated against the Pakistani currency, settling at Rs. 77.45 and Rs. 75.70. The interbank rate showed a similar trend, reaching Rs. 282.21.
