NOKUNDI: Chairman Senate, Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani, has said that an amount of Rs7 billion would be incurred on dual carriageway road to be constructed from Maskael to Nokundi.
This he informed while talking to media after inaugurating a 103-kilometre-long Maskael-Nokundi dual carriageway here on Tuesday. He added that network of roads would alter the fate of the area, adding that the completion of the dual carriageway would provide job opportunities to about 4000 residents of the area.
Sanjrani said that highways played a significant role in socio-economic uplift of Balochistan province. On the occasion, tribal elders and National Highway Authority (NHA) officials were also present.
