SAPM: (Govt committed in creating jobs across the country: Usman Dar)

Islamabad:Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (SAPM) on Youth Affairs Usman Dar has said that the government is committed in creating jobs across the country involving skilled and trained youth in the economic system.

Addressing a ceremony in connection with Kamyab Jawan program here on Wednesday he said the five hundred thousand youth will be given technical education and skill development opportunities within five years.

He said the country cannot develop without involvement of women in developmental process. He urged the young females to get benefit from the program as the government has allocated Rs25 billion out of Rs100 billion for female youth.

He said Rs1.3 billion have so far been distributed among qualified youth under this program. He said 1000 young females have been given Rs500 million and they started their work. He said the qualified youth of Kamyab Jawan Program will be given access to finance beside technical education and skill development.

Usman Dar said the government is effectively working on ease of doing business in the country and taxes will be further reduced within two to three months. He said the taxes are public money and it will be distributed purely on merit ensuring transparency. Usman Dar said Small and Medium Enterprises are engines of job creation in the entire world and the provision of one million job through SMEs is main target of the government.

He said the youth of the country should apply for loan on www.kamyabjawan.gov.pk to utilize their entrepreneurial potential. He said Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan has launched a program through which young generation can get opportunities to excel in their respective fields.
