Islamabad, April 21, 2020 (PPI-OT): Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Capital Development Authority, Ali Nawaz Awan inaugurated Utility Store in Bara Kahu on Tuesday. In inauguration ceremony he said that he intends to open more utility stores in the constituency for public access to affordable goods. Ali Nawaz Awan added that it is hoped that this utility store will become a source of cheap and standard goods for the people of Bara Kahu. On this occasion, locals thanked Ali Nawaz Awan.
It is important to note that Government has given additional 50 billion rupees to the Utility Stores Corporation to maintain adequate sufficient stocks. Under the Ramazan package, subsidy is being given to the consumers on nineteen items through the Utility outlets. He said the government has given additional fifty billion rupees to the Utility Stores Corporation to maintain adequate sufficient stocks. He said eight million to ten million households are expected to benefit from Ramazan package this year.
