KARACHI: State Bank of Pakistan said on Thursday that Pakistan’s total liquid foreign reserves stood at US$15,742.4 million as of 30 Jun-2022.
The break-up of the foreign reserves position is as under: Foreign reserves held by the State Bank of Pakistan stood at US$9,816.3 million and net foreign reserves held by commercial banks remained US$5,926.1 million.
During the week ended on 30 Jun 2022, SBP’s reserves decreased by US$493 million to US$9,816.3 million due to external debt and other payments.
