Islamabad, November 26, 2019 (PPI-OT): Additional District and Sessions Judges from all over Pakistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir were awarded certificates in a certificate awarding ceremony held at the conclusion of a weeklong training course on “Exploring Concepts in Trial Procedures” at the Federal Judicial Academy, Islamabad, on Saturday.
Mr. Muhammad Khashih-ur-Rehman, Secretary, Law and Justice, was the chief guest in the certificate awarding ceremony and awarded certificates to 30 Additional District and Sessions Judges. Addressing the participants, the Secretary Law and Justice said” This type of training opportunities always provide a prime opportunity to expand the knowledge base of our judicial officers, strengthen their professional competence and sharpen their skills.
“Training to the judicial officers in this Academy will enable our judicial officers and others related to justice sector to meet the challenges of the future in a befitting manner,” the chief guest observed. He lauded the Federal Judicial Academy for its role in training and grooming all stakeholders of administration of justice system. Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Hayat Ali Shah, Director General of the Academy, urged the participants to utilize their knowledge gained during training this training and enhanced professional skills in providing quality and speedy justice to the litigant public.
