Senior politician Mahmood Moulvi and the head of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam, Maulana Fazlur Rehman, recently met to deliberate on the continuous political instability in the country and the importance of maintaining the democratic process. The discussion also extensively reviewed pressing issues in Karachi such as the city’s infrastructure, governance, and public facilities.

Both leaders expressed concern over various challenges facing Karachi. They emphasized that all political parties must unite to effectively resolve the deteriorating condition of the city.

Highlighting the importance of continuous political dialogue, Moulvi and Maulana agreed on the importance of ongoing contact among political leaders to ensure stability and progress in the democratic process in the country. They stressed that solving the problems of Karachi is essential not only for the city but also for the national interest.
