ISLAMABAD:Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah called on Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif at the Prime Minister’s House, here on Wednesday.

During the meeting, both leaders pledged to take stern action against miscreants disturbing peace of the provincial metropolis. They discussed the law and order situation of Karachi, particularly in the aftermath of the recent incidents of terrorism. They also discussed the security being provided to the Chinese citizens.

Both agreed that the federal and the provincial governments would continue to collaborate with each other for the peace and progress of Karachi. The Sindh Chief Minister raised the water shortage issue of Sindh before the PM. He told him that IRSA was involved in unjust water supply. He asked the PM to take immediate action against officials involved in it. The prime minister assured him of resolving this issue.
