Chief Minister Sindh, Syed Murad Ali Shah, will inaugurate the 20th “My Karachi – Oasis of Harmony” International Exhibition on August 1, 2025, at the Karachi Expo Center. Over 350 booths will showcase diverse products and services offered at discounted prices.

The three-day event, running until August 3, 2025, is expected to draw over 800,000 attendees. Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) President, Muhammad Jawed Bilwani, emphasized the show”s role as a platform for business networking and consumer engagement, alongside recreational activities.

International participation includes diplomats from various nations and over 20 multinational corporations. Bilwani acknowledged the efforts of Chairman Special Committee for My Karachi Exhibition and Former KCCI President Muhammad Idrees in organizing the function.

The exhibition, conceived in 2004 under Late Siraj Kassam Teli”s presidency, aims to counter negative perceptions of Karachi. Except for a pause during the 2020 and 2021 COVID-19 pandemic, the KCCI has organized this non-commercial event to promote Pakistani products and highlight Karachi”s business-friendly environment.

Bilwani thanked the Sindh Government, Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC), Sindh Police, Pakistan Rangers Sindh, and other law enforcement agencies for their support. He highlighted the participation of leading manufacturers and brands, emphasizing KCCI”s role in supporting businesses.

The event is presented as an opportunity to explore Karachi and Pakistan”s trade potential. Organizers have focused on maximizing public involvement and showcasing Karachi”s economic importance. A Food Court, Pets and Birds Shows, musical entertainment, and fireworks displays are among the planned attractions.
