Karachi, March 21, 2019 (PPI-OT): In a high level meeting chaired by the Chief Secretary Sindh Syed Mumtaz Ali Shah the approval for employment against deceased quota was accorded for 302 cases of the legitimate candidates. According to detail 133 cases for Home, 57 of School Education, 21 of Irrigation 13 of Health 11 of College Education, 11 of Food, 10 of Agriculture, 07 of Works and Services, 06 of Population Welfare, 04 of Industries and Commerce, 03 of Auqaf and Religious Affairs, 03 of Excise and Taxation, 02 of Mines and Mineral, 02 of Public Health Engineering, 01 of Culture and Tourism and 01 of Social Welfare Department, were okayed.
The Chief Secretary advised all the Administrative Secretaries to issue the Appointment Orders to all concerned candidates immediately, no delay shall be avoided to this effect, he noted. Syed Mumtaz Ali Shah also asked the Divisional/Deputy Commissioners to expedite clearance of all remaining cases within a week in consultation with the Law Department. The meeting was attended by the Chairman ACE, SMBR and all concerned Administrative Secretaries.
