The Sindh government has announced that all provincial government employees and pensioners will receive their March 2025 salaries and pensions in advance on March 21 for Eid.

This decision has been made to facilitate employees and pensioners ahead of Eid-ul-Fitr, expected to fall on either March 31 or April 1.

A notification issued by the Sindh Finance Department outlined that the payments, originally scheduled for April 1, will now be made earlier to assist employees in making necessary preparations for the occasion.

The advance disbursement applies to all government employees, including permanent, contract, work-charged, and contingent-paid staff. Relevant institutions have been directed to ensure the timely release of payments.
