The Sui Northern Gas Pipeline Limited has approved the provision of gas facility to twenty-five thousand households of oil and Gas producing districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to Advisor to Chief Minister on Energy and Power, Himayatullah Khan, the districts include Kohat, Karak and Hangu.
He said the SNGPL will provide one thousand five hundred and fifty million rupees while nine hundred and fifty million rupees will be funded by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government.
Himayatullah Khan further said the project will also assist in connectivity of Dhoke Hussain gas field which will generate billions of rupees every year as royalty.
