Solidarity with JKLF leader over father’s death

Srinagar, September 28, 2021 (PPI-OT):In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Jammu Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party (DFP) has expressed its profound grief and sorrow over the sad demise of Raj Muhammad Khan, the father of senior Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front leader Altaf Hussain Khan who passed away in Srinagar, the other day.

In a condolence message, the DFP spokesman while lauding Khan’s peerless contribution to the Kashmir cause, said that Raj Muhammad’s family has significantly contributed to the Kashmir cause for the past several decades. The Khan family, he said, has faced trials and tribulations at the hands of Indian authorities due to their political beliefs. Extending his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family, the spokesman prayed to Allah Almighty to rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant of fortitude for the bereaved to bear this irreparable loss.

The Jammu and Kashmir Muslim Conference Chairman, Shabbir Ahmed Dar, and Acting Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Muslim League, Farooq Ahmed Tawheedi, along with a delegation visited Batamaloo and Sanat Nagar areas of Srinagar and expressed solidarity with Altaf Khan and Shaheed Abdullah Bangroo whose father died recently. A delegation of Jammu and Kashmir Political Resistance Movement also visited these areas and expressed condolences with the bereaved families.
