Islamabad, February 20, 2023 (PPI-OT):Under the direction of the Chairman CDA Capt. (Retd.) Noor-ul-Amin Mengal, admitting counter has been set up at one window directorate for the convenience of Senior Citizens and Overseas Pakistanis. At this special counter, senior citizens and overseas Pakistanis will be able to transfer property easily and on priority basis with the establishment of this counter, senior citizens and overseas Pakistanis will neither have to stand in line nor will they have to wait in any way.
New staff has also been appointed at this special counter to guide senior citizens and overseas Pakistanis. The posted staff have been given special instructions to provide guidance to the incoming citizens in the best manner as well as resolve all the issues related to their property transfer immediately so that they do not face any kind of difficulties.
Chairman CDA Capt. (Retd.) Noor-ul-Amin Mengal has instructed the member states that after the transfer of property to senior citizens and overseas Pakistanis, the letter should also be issued immediately from the same counter so that they do not have to bother visiting the office again and again. Chairman CDA issued further instructions that the system should be made more active for people coming for property transfer at other counters including this special counter so that people can transfer their properties easily.
It should be noted that the Chairman CDA visited the One Window Directorate a few days ago and directed that a special counter be established here for the convenience of senior citizens and overseas Pakistanis. In the light of the instructions, for the first time, CDA has appointed an Admitting Officer and staff at the One Window Directorate who will deal exclusively with the issues of Overseas Pakistanis and Senior Citizens.
