DALBANDIN:Assistant Commissioner Dalbandin, Javed Domki said sports saves man from anxiety and social evils.
He said the foremost purpose of arranging sports gala at district level is to provide recreational opportunity to the people and chance of proving the inner abilities of young players.
These views were expressed by him while kicking of the football tournament under Chagae Sports Gala, 2020 at Shaheed Eid Muhammad Football Ground on Saturday.
Javed Domki said district administration was active to promote sports apart from taking steps to ensure protecting the lives and properties of people.
It is pertinent to mention that events of different discipline of sports like football, cricket, volleyball, taekwando, boxing, indoor games are included in the sports gala besides making arrangements for debate competition, Naat competition and Tabloo among the students of different educational institutions of the district.
