Support Staff of Federal Courts and Tribunals awarded certificates in ceremony at FJA

Islamabad, February 18, 2020 (PPI-OT):The certificate awarding ceremony was held at the conclusion of a two-day training course “Court Procedure” for Supporting Staff of Federal Courts and Tribunals at the Federal Judicial Academy, Islamabad, on February 18, 2020. While addressing the participants, Mr. Hayat Ali Shah, Director General of the Academy underscored the importance of professionalism and courtesy for court staff. “Since Court personnel are the initial contact point and the providers of information to the justice-seekers who want to invoke the jurisdiction of the court, their capacity building can’t be underestimated,” the DG maintained.

 

Advising the trainee Supporting Staff members of different courts and tribunals, the Director General said, “Knowing is not enough, but whatever you have gained from this brief two days training, you must apply and share it with your peers, juniors and others in the courtroom and outside the courtroom.” Earlier, Mr. Muhammad Javed Monitoring Unit Expert, of Ministry of Law and Justice also expressed his views and appreciated the capacity building endeavours of the Academy. In the end, certificates were distributed among thirty Court staff personnel who participated in this training.
