Jammu, October 02, 2019 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, a TADA court in Jammu, today, issued non-bailable warrants against pro-freedom leaders, Showkat Ahmed Bakhshi and Javaid Ahmed Mir in three-decade old false cases registered against them by the Indian authorities. The TADA court judge, Subash C Gupta, also directed Superintendent Tihar Jail, New Delhi, for making necessary arrangements for production of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front Chairman, Muhammad Yasin Malik through Video conferencing on October 23.
The court issued non-bailable arrest warrants against Showkat Bakhshi and Javaid Mir and also directed that their sureties be produced on or before next date of hearing. Court further observed that Muhammad Yasin Malik was not produced from Tihar Jail, New Delhi, on the last hearing.
