Dry weather expected in most parts of Balochistan

DUKI:Pakistan Meteorological Department Quetta Regional Center Sunday forecast that dry weather is expected in most parts of the province, whereas partly cloudy weather is expected in hilly/central areas of the province during the next 24 hours.   Met office has further forecast that rain-Thunderstorm with snowfall over the hills is expected at scattered places in Quetta, Pishin, Zhob, Ziarat, Killa Abdullah, Mastung and Killa Saifullah districts, whereas isolated places in Chaghi, Noshki, Sherani, Loralai, Harnai and Kalat districts during night.   However, dry weather is expected elsewhere in the province during the next 48 hours. One coal miner killed, another injured in mishap

DUKI:A coal miner was killed and another injured in an incident that occurred in a coal mine of Duki on Sunday.   According to levies force, a coal miner, Kareem Khan, son of Wali Muhammad, was killed and another Naseer injured after being hit by a trolly in a local coal mine of Duki.   The body and injured were shifted to Civil Hospital Duki for medico-legal formalities and treatment, respectively. Levies force said that incident occurred after breaking of trolly’s rope. Further investigation into the incident was underway.  

Coalminer dies in Duki

DUKI: A coalminer died due to land sliding in a coalmine of Duki on Thursday. According to rescue sources, coal miner Rehmatullah S/O Dad Ghani, caste Kakar, citizen of Afghanistan died after sliding in a coalmine of Duki. Dead body was retrieved and shifted to Civil Hospital Duki where after completion of medico-legal formalities, it was handed over to heirs.
