Minister: (FATF related legislation carried out in best interest of country: Rasheed)
Islamabad:Railways Minister Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed has said the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) related legislation has been carried out in the best interest of the country.
Talking to media in Rawalpindi on Thursday, he termed the successful FATF related legislation despite the opposition's hurdles as a victory of the PTI government. He said an Indian plot to foment Shia-Sunni sectarian violence in Rawalpindi has been foiled as the suspects have been busted.
Earlier, addressing the inaugural ceremony of a new block at Railways Hospital in Rawalpindi, Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed said development of education and health sectors is a priority of the present government.
