QUETTA:Minister for Public Health Engineering and WASA, Haji Noor Muhammad Khan Dumar, has said the incumbent provincial government had attached top most priority to the progress and prosperity of Balochistan. In a statement issued here on Wednesday, he said the incumbent federal
