Entire import, export operation may collapse due to awful state of Native Jetty Bridge

KARACHI:President Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) M. Shariq Vohra and President Karachi Customs Agents Association (KCAA) Wasiq Hussain Khan have expressed deep concerns over the awful state of Native Jetty Bridge which, if not promptly addressed, may anytime result in completely collapsing all the import-export operations of the country as this important bridge was the only source that connects Karachi Port with the city and the result of the country. KCCI assures no injustice to shopkeepers if lockdown re-imposed

KARACHI:President Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) M. (Commerce): FBR’s Tax Directory analysis irks KCCI

Karachi:President Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) Agha Shahab Ahmed Khan has expressed total mistrust over the statistical figures recently disclosed by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) in its Tax Directory Analysis 2018. He said that FBR recently released an analysis of Tax Directory 2018 based on income tax, in which it made some claims which were based on partial information creating a wrong perception about the income tax collection from different cities while some important information was skipped by which a reader could have verified the data.
