Top JUI-F leader dismisses Balochistan budget

QUETTA:MNA Moulana Abdul Wasey, Provincial Ameer, Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F), while rejecting the provincial budget, has said that budget had not been prepared in the interest of public.

Talking to the office bearers and workers of JUI (F) here on Friday, he said that government had conveyed the message to the people by closing all roads leading to provincial capital that the present provincial government was a failed government. He added only 30 percent development budget had been utilized, but fruition of that 30 percent utilized development budget had not yet reached to the people.

He remarked that on one hand un-elected people were being favoured while on the other hand voice of the elected members was being stifled. Moulna said that when affairs were not settled on the floor of assembly, opposition was compelled to knock the doors of courts for redressal of grievances. He asked the government as to whether verdict of the court had been implemented. He asked which ongoing development scheme had been finalized.

He said that ratio of unemployment was increasing in the province and agriculture sector had reached the verge of ruination due to load shedding. He said that problems of education and health sectors required to be addressed, adding that law and order situation in the province was deteriorating. He added constituencies of the opposition members of assembly had the right on the resources of the province.

He said if constituencies of the opposition members of assembly were ignored, the government would be responsible for its consequences. All opposition parties were on one page to get rid of incompetent rulers, concluded Moulana Abdul Wasey.
