An 11yearold boy was fatally struck by a tractor near Meer Hotel on Joint Road in Quetta on Wednesday.

Rescue sources identified the child as Munsif, son of Nadeem, residing on Zarghoon Road. Following the accident, his body was transported to Sandeman Provincial Hospital Quetta for necessary medicolegal procedures before being returned to his family.

The incident plunged the victim’s home into mourning. Authorities are carrying out further investigations into the tragic event.
