Quetta:Zafar Ali Buledi (BSS/BS-20) Secretary, Culture, Tourism and Archives Department has been transferred and directed to report to S and GAD while Mohammad Asghar Harifal (BCS/BS-20), awaiting posting in S and GAD, has been posted as Secretary, Culture, Tourism and Archives Department vice Zafar Ali Buledi, says a notification issued by Services and General Administration Department here on Wednesday.
