Islamabad, October 26, 2020 (PPI-OT):Islamabad: The Federal Judicial Academy arranges two days Capacity Enhancement Programme on , “Islamic Banking and Finance” for Judges of the Banking Courts in collaboration with the State Bank of Pakistan here at the Academy.
In two days programme (October 26-27, 2020), Judges of Banking Courts will be enlightened about “Islamic Finance- Introduction and Evolution”, “Islamic Law of Contracts- Concepts”, “Islamic Banking Products”, “Islamic Banking Products- The Liability Side”, “Shariah Governance Framework” by a noted resource person Mufti Irshad Ahmad Aijaz. Twenty-six Judges of Banking Courts from Lahore High Court, High Court of Sindh, Peshawar High Court, High Court of Balochistan and Islamabad High Court are undergoing two days capacity enhancement programme at the Academy.
