KARACHI:Malir Cantt police on Wednesday claimed to have arrested two accused involved in motorcycle lifting in adjoining areas of Malir.
According to police sources, the police arrested two accused identified as Majd-u-Rehman and Irfan Gul. The police said the arrest was made during patrolling in the area. The law enforcers said a stolen motorcycle had been recovered from the arrested accused.
The suspects were stated to be professional motorcycle lifters and have been arrested and jailed before, claimed the police. The police said that arrested suspects had confessed to stealing dozens of motorcycles from different parts of the city during an interrogation. The criminal records of the arrested accused are being collected, according to the police.
