Islamabad police today claimed to have captured two sought-after individuals belonging to a robbery group responsible for multiple thefts in the capital city. The suspects, identified as Shahyan Azan and an accomplice, were apprehended by Shalimar police teams.

Recovered from their possession were stolen cell phones and firearms. Authorities have already filed charges against the detained individuals, and further inquiries are ongoing.

SSP Operations Islamabad, Muhammad Shoaib Khan, has instructed law enforcement personnel to intensify efforts to curb criminal behavior and safeguard public safety and belongings.

Khan emphasized that lawlessness will not be tolerated, urging residents to utilize the emergency hotline ‘Pucar-15’ to report any dubious person or occurrence.
