Ulema call on Liaquat Baloch

Lahore:Allama Syed Jawad Naqvi, Head of Jamia Urwat-ul-Wusqa and Sajjada Nasheen Darbar Mian Mir Pir Haroon Gilani called on Deputy Amir of Jamaat-e-Islami and Secretary General of National Solidarity Council Liaquat Baloch.

The situation in the country and the wave of extremism created by sectarianism and the unity of the Ummah were discussed. Prayers for the departed soul were offered for former Amir of Jamaat-e-Islami Syed Munawar Hassan.

Liaquat Baloch said that the government was responsible for the economic crisis and the devastation of Karuna in the country due to its reluctance, incompetence and lack of timely action.

Under the guise of political and economic crises, a certain secular class is fanning the flames of sectarianism and takfiriyyah in the country. Government ministers are tasked with this task. The government, the national leadership and the state should realize the situation and instead of holding exhibition meetings, a plan of action should be formulated for the protection of the country and the nation and the new generation, otherwise the youth and history will not forgive the national leadership.

Liaquat Baloch said that the government wants to end accountability and hold talks with the opposition on the orders of IMF and FATF. It is possible for both to agree on their own interests, but the nation will not allow such a bargain to take place. The country is in crisis.

National Priorities, National Dignity and Sovereignty require that the national leadership reach a consensus on the National Action Plan. In occupied Kashmir, the Narendra Modi government is constantly taking steps to oppress, genocide and demoralize the population, while Pakistan is facilitating the release of Kulbhushan to India. India-Afghan transit trade and providing air facilities to India is tantamount to adding salt to the wounds of Kashmiris.

On August 5, a black day will be observed across the country against Indian measures. There will be protests to wake up the government.
