Srinagar, April 04, 2019 (PPI-OT):In occupied Kashmir, unknown gunmen killed a panchayat member in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district. a panch, Abdul Majeed Dar, was shot at and critically injured on Wednesday evening at Shalipora in Katrasoo area of the district. He was shifted to district hospital, Kulgam, and doctors there referred him to SMHS hospital in Srinagar where he succumbed to his injuries.
On the other hand, Indian troops during raids arrested nine youth in Srinagar and Shopian areas. Indian troops also continued their cordon and search operations in different areas of Tral, Pulwama, Shopian, Kulgam, Bijbehara, Bandipora, Hajin, Kupwara, Sopore, Rafiabad and several other areas of the occupied territory.
