‘Unnecessary delay in routing official files affects business’

Quetta:Positive changes can be observed while disposing off important governmental affairs in the Chief Minister’s Secretariat after the Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Abdul Quddus Bizenjo assumed responsibilities as Chief Minister Balochistan, according to a notification issued by the Chief Minister’s Secretariat on Friday.

Decisions on file work and other important affairs are passed without any delay. About 596 files containing important summaries, including pending files of the erstwhile Chief Minister Balochistan, recommendations of Provincial Selection Board (PSB) and medical bills, have been received during the tenure of Mir Abdul Quddus Bizenjo and accordingly disposed of by the Chief Minister Balochistan in accordance with the service rules and other rules in vogue.

Unnecessary delay in routing official files affects government business, hence, Chief Minister Balochistan, being sensitive in this regard, has directed the concerned authorities not to keep files in his office for more than three days. In compliance with the directives of Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Abdul Quddus Bizenjo, formal mechanism for disposing off official business has been devised.
