Islamabad, October 24, 2021 (PPI-OT):Vietnam has expressed the desire to increase its bilateral trade volume with Pakistan up to one billion dollars in the next two years. Talking to APP in Islamabad, Vietnam’s Ambassador to Pakistan, Nguyen Tien Phong said the two countries have great potential to increase bilateral trade, which is being discussed by both sides.
The Ambassador said presently, the volume of bilateral trade is about700 million dollars which is far below its potential. He said the two countries have vast potential to enhance for bilateral trade in agriculture including tea, black pepper, cashew, coffee cotton and textile, seafood and dairy items.
