Karachi, January 26, 2018 (PPI-OT):The Government of Sindh, Wildlife Department has announced for the information of general public that the schedule for hunting shooting season 2017-18 started from 19th November 2017 till last Sunday of 21st January 2018. Now the shooting season 2017-18 has ended being lapsed of last stipulated day in Sindh province. All of the related peoples are aware to stop the further shooting of Partridges, Sandgrouse, Quails and Duck species in any corner of province to conserve and protect the population of bird species for further destructions.
Meanwhile, whole of birds watchers, conservatives and nature preservatives are also advised to come head and join with Sind Wildlife Department to save our nature and its habitats in any way. The Sindh Wildlife Department is also stringently refrained to the shooters, hunters and trappers to avoid further this practice otherwise case under Section 17 and 33 in violation of Sindh Wildlife Protection Ordinance – 1972 shall be registered against by imposing heavy fine and imprisonment.
