MITHI:A woman was killed and 10 other people were injured when a speeding trailer hit a jeep near Mithi on Saturday.
A speeding trailer hit a parked jeep on Badin road in village Hailariyo Pir near Mithi, killing woman Amran wife of Tabho Meghwar and injuring Amu Lak, Mitho Meghwar and eight others.
The body and injured were shifted to a local hospital for medico-legal formalities and later the body was handed over to heirs. The incident has created a mourning atmosphere among the victim family members. No case could be filed till filing this report. However, the police have started an investigation into the incident.
