During a wedding ceremony at the Korangi Fish Market, a young man named Kashif was killed in a shooting incident. Authorities confirmed that the death was a result of indiscriminate aerial firing, which is still ongoing in many parts of the region.

The identity of the deceased’s father could not be determined, and his body was declared dead at the scene and later transferred to Indus Hospital for post-mortem procedures. The local police station, PS-Zaman Town, is leading the investigation into this tragic incident. In the same district of Korangi, several other shooting-related incidents were reported, indicating a worrying trend of violence. Among the victims were 26-year-old Noman and 55-year-old Muhammad Liaq, who were injured in separate shootings.

In other parts of the city, the violence continued where a confrontation in Surjani Town resulted in one death and several injuries.
