Youth Exchange Program held to get art experience

LAHORE: Thirty-two-member youth delegation of Balochistan left for Quetta on Saturday after participating in the “Youth Exchange Program”, Youth Affairs and Sports Department, Government of the Punjab held from 10-14 January, 2023 to experience art, life style, culture, tradition, educational facilities and technological advancement of Punjab province and to act as young ambassador for inter-provincial harmony.

During stay in Punjab, 32 member youth contingent of Balochistan paid a visit to walled city, Badshahi Masjid, Lahore Fort, Greater Iqbal Park, Lahore, tombs of Jahangir and Nur Jahan Shahdara, trip to Wagah border to witness flag hoisting ceremony, Governor House, Lahore, Punjab Assembly, interaction with the authorities of Punjab Safe City, visit to Lahore Museum and interactive session with Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports, Punjab.

Ejaz Ali, Director, Youth Affairs, Balochistan, Muhammad Mustafa Achakzai, Assistant Director, Youth Affairs, Balochistan/ Focal Person, Youth Exchange Program”, Youth Affairs and Sports Department, Government of the Punjab, Syed Muhammad Mehdi Kazmi, Syed Bilal Ahmed, Saima Tareen and others accompanied delegation of Balochistan contingent.

Talking to media, including PPI, before departure from Lahore, Muhammad Mustafa Achakzai, Assistant Director, Youth Affairs, Balochistan and Focal Person, Youth Exchange Program, Lahore said that Youth Affairs Department, Government of Balochistan was earnestly striving to provide opportunities to the youth of the province for their capacity building in compliance with the directives Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Abdul Quddus Bizenjo, Minister for Sports, Culture and Youth Affairs, Abdul Khaliq Hazara, Coordinator to Chief Minister on Youth Affairs, Nawabzada Jamal Khan Raisani, Chief Secretary, Balochistan, Abdul Aziz Uqaili and Secretary, Sports and Youth Affairs, Government of Balochistan, Muhammad Ishaque Jamali.
